Deeba Dies & Tools originally started as United Diamond Wires Dies, which was established in 1956 and was a leading wire drawing die manufacturer of its time. United Diamond Wires Dies diversified into different business segments and lost a substantial share of its dies market. In 1998, our founder Mohd. Ayub left United Diamond Wires Dies and established his own company Deeba Dies. The new company’s prime focus was to manufacture high quality wire drawing dies. In 2003, the company got registered by the name of "Deeba Dies and Tools" and increased its area of focus to all types of wire drawing industry related dies and tools. Today, within such a small span of time, we have grown considerably and have become one of the most accomplished manufacturers and exporters of Natural Diamond Wire Drawing Dies, PCD Wire Drawing Dies, Tungsten Carbide Dies, Solid Enamelling Dies, Wire Polishing Machines, Ultrasonic Machines and Die Inspection Microscopes.

Services Offered by Us

Free Inspection
We inspect your old dies and provide free expert advice, to give you the maximum advantage. Our experts will inspect and segregate the dies in such a way that the dies can be re-cut and re-polished to a new size with minimum increase of microns. Hence, you will get maximum number of re-cuts and superb surface finish in every die.

Reconditioning
We also inspect and re-cut your old dies for matching the elongation sets.

Annual Maintenance
We provide Annual Maintenance of dies based on the customers' requirements. The annual maintenance cost (AMC) varies because it is dependent upon the type and quantity of dies that the customer consumes annually.
